1. Scope of application
Industrial waste aluminum, construction waste aluminum, processing aluminum chips
2. Main product acteristics
a. Energy conservation: adopting bottom shocking automatic ging, raw materials shall be firstly preheated.
b. Electricity conservation: installing permanent magnetic stirrer. This device embraces advantage of low electricity consumption, simpler maintenance, longer service life.
c. Very low burning damage: installing permanent magnetic stirrer. The PMS will bring aluminum liquid heating chamber to melting chamber, then all raw materials shall be melted when get drenched in the aluminum liquid.
d. Fewer floating slag staying at melting chamber: slag shall be flowing to heating chamber with the floating liquid.
e. Less added iron: iron shall be staying at melting chamber.
f. Environmental-friend: installing smoke purification system.
