8, Main structure acteristics
1, 4 guiding rail bucket ging mechanism
a, applicable for all kinds of packed materials, crushed materials, ingots small bunches. b, top operational platform is designed for assist material ging, such as long material breakdown of ging machine
2, furnace roof cover cover hoist
The cast iron furnace cover is inner-laid with high-strength castable which enable its heat-resistance. Furnace cover shall be closed when there is no ging work.
3, shaft furnace:
a, Smoke waste heat will be absorbed by those raw materials filled with the shaft. Depend on this function; energy consumption shall be reduced, which can reach minimum 35Kg/t.al.
b, Raw material quality shall be improved before dropping into liquid metal because of having been preheated removed off organic impurities.
c, Melting rate shall be doubled after been fully preheated.
4, melting chamber:
a, Raw material can make good use of smoke waste heat inside of the melting chamber too.
b, Furnace door which are specially designed for iron removing enables a very convenient operation of iron removing.
5, heating chamber:
a, The tangentially arranged furnace burner shall be only installed in the heating chamber. It will conduct a uniform full heating.
b,The operator is required to take out the floating slag brought out melting chamber regularly keep metal surface clean.
6, liquid metal recycling system:
a, Installing permanent magnetic stirrer (PMS) or electrical magnetic stirrer (EMS).
b, High temperature liquid metal shall be pushed to melting chamber melt raw material while raw material were melted after contacting with the high temperature liquid metal,by which burning damage reduced to a very low level.
c, low temperature liquid metal will again bring floating slag back to heating chamber make the liquid surface clean.
d, Iron parts shall stag at the low temperature melting chamber, which will not be melted add iron components to the product.
7,tilting hydraulic cylinder:
a, regular minor anger furnace body tilting(when there is about 30%-40% liquid left).Then there shall be no aluminum liquid at melting furnace, the operator can clean all slag at the furnace bottom.
b, Tilting furnace is able to pour out all liquid metal out.
8, air preheater:
a, Air preheater is a pipe plates combined double stage structure, enabling better preheating system.
b, When scraps were ged, there shall be too much flow resistance for smoke exhaust coming the shaft, then the furnace pressure controlling valve can be switched on so that air preheater can share some smoke reduce pressure.
c, While the furnace top cover closed, air preheater will be the only part of the furnace for smoke disging.
d, Air-preheater can make use of smoke waste heat increase temperature of the flame, then reduce energy consumption.
9, holding furnace stirring:
a, holding furnace is designed in round shape, with tangential arranged furnace burner, by which both uniform furnace temperature low energy consumption can be achieved.
b, Holding furnace shall be work with the installed air preheater to reduce energy consumption.
c, Stirring system shall be installed shared between holding furnace melting furnace.(for high silicon adjustment)
10, smoke purification system:
Be able to effectively purify smoke dust produced refining decomposition of organic impurities. Low operation cost.
